Job summary

QUANTUM GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES, LLC in Cebu is seeking a Buyer II to join our procurement team. You will execute end-to-end purchasing, manage supplier relationships, and support logistics and finance to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing, strong Excel and ERP/SAP skills, and excellent English communication in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics and interpersonal communication.
• English verbal and written communication is required.
• Experience with SAP/ERP software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Role Summary

We are seeking a Buyer to join our procurement team. This role is responsible for executing purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, and supporting operational and logistical needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage the full purchasing process—from requisition through payment.
• Execute the end-to-end procurement cycle, including issuing purchase orders to local and global suppliers and coordinating with logistics and finance teams.
• Monitor, track, and expedite deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Provide ongoing support and service to internal stakeholders (sales, engineering, operations, etc.).
• Identify new suppliers, develop sourcing opportunities, and manage vendor relationships.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural business environment and collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical abilities, including advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

Education, Certifications, And Requirement

• Minimum Education Requirements:
• Associate’s degree Required
• Preferred Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; a major in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations Management is preferred but not required.
