Job summary

Krypton International Resources Sales and Services Inc. is seeking a Buyer to manage sourcing, supplier relations, and timely PO execution. The role supports bidding, sales, and operations through supplier monitoring and compliance with company standards.

The ideal candidate has a 2–3 year background in procurement or supply chain operations, familiarity with RFQ/PR processes, and ERP systems such as SAP. This full-time position is based in the Philippines and involves ongoing supplier market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with RFQ/PR processes, supplier evaluation, and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
• Training in procurement compliance, supplier negotiation, and documentation standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source competitive supplier quotations and update RFQ/PR monitoring.
• Process purchase orders and assist RFQs from Sales/Bidding.
• Report supplier non-conformance and conduct supplier evaluations.
• Participate in daily toolbox meetings and continuous supplier market research.

Is currently looking for:
Buyer who is responsible for sourcing suppliers, processing purchase requests, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely and accurate purchase order execution; supporting bidding, sales, and operations by maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring procurement activities, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

(1) Financial/Other Resources Management

• Source competitive supplier quotations
• Process purchase orders
• Request payments

(2) Customer Management

• Assist RFQs from Sales/Bidding
• Provide draft quotations
• Report supplier non-conformance

(3) Internal Process Management

• Encode ITBs from Bidding Department
• Update RFQ & PR monitoring
• Conduct supplier evaluations

(4) Learning & Growth Management

• Participate in daily toolbox meetings
• Attend huddle meetings with manager
• Continuous supplier market research.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
• Familiarity with RFQ/PR processes, supplier evaluation, and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
