Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receiving and analyzing customer requirements (EDI, POs) using waterfall analysis.
• Managing customer demands during the NPI phase and coordinating internally with materials and production planning teams.
• Communicating with customers regarding demand forecasts and deviation analysis.
• Confirming shipment plans with customers.
• Addressing customer requirements and supporting invoice clarifications.
• Proposing action plans in case of delivery delays.
• Analyzing and reporting inventory exposure from sudden demand drops or end-of-life scenarios.
• Managing consignment stock levels and overseeing stock replenishment.
