• Display and Packaging: Arrange meat cuts and products in display counters to appear attractive, wrap, weigh, label, and price cuts of meat appropriately.
• Equipment Handling: Operate meat processing equipment safely and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
• Quality Control: Inspect meats for quality, ensuring they meet established standards and are stored correctly to prevent spoilage.
