Job summary

ibex in the Philippines is seeking a Business Strategy & Intel Manager to drive monthly GM reporting and strategic analysis. You will collect and refine non-CM data, streamline GM review processes, and provide decision support to leadership.

You will analyze large data sets, build Power BI and Excel reports, model data, and collaborate with Operations, Client Services, WFM, and the Reports Team to improve profitability and business performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization, dashboards, and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Knowledge of data mining, warehousing, and automation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with large data sets.

The Business Strategy & Intel Manager will have an active role in monthly GM reporting and analysis for leadership review and decision support. He/she will be responsible for developing and improving the collection of non-CM information and the GM review processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights that help drive a variety of business decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into data analysis projects
• Create reports using business intelligence tools like Power BI, and Excel
• Conduct data modeling and data warehousing to structure data effectively for analysis and reporting
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business success and support decision-making
• Perform data mining to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
• Work closely with Operations, Client Services, WFM, and Reports Team to ensure accurate data collection and analysis
• Provide business analytics support to improve business processes and profitability
