Job summary

RCBC is seeking a Sales professional to support the Business Center's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products, with willingness to be assigned in Tutuban.

You will assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals, prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports, and develop effective sales activities to market retail banking products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related program.
• Sales-oriented with ability to adapt to a banking environment.
• Adept in strategic planning and management.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
• Willing to be assigned in Tutuban.
