HRTX in Pasay is seeking a Senior Manager to lead business process initiatives and ensure SAP S/4HANA-aligned workflows. You will document, analyze, and guide cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in at least one ERP implementation, and deep knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Logistics processes. On-site collaboration and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience in business process management or organizational transformation
• Leadership experience in at least one ERP implementation (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Logistics
• Experience with policy design, internal controls, and compliance
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
