The Field Operations, Principal reports into the regional lead to support strategic and operational processes and procedures and support their region driving regional sales effectiveness, ensuring the delivery of the best solutions and support from Infor to field sales, marketing, and ecosystem teams. This role focuses supporting optimizing sales and partner processes, executing operational plans, and implementing strategic initiatives to accelerate growth across the region.

Sales Effectiveness & Operations

• Execute comprehensive operational playbooks and execution plans that empower sales leadership, driving greater regional sales productivity, predictability and overall effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with field sales, marketing, and ecosystem teams to align strategies and deliverables.
• Drive adoption of Infor's best practices and solutions to support sales efforts, efficiency and customer engagement.
• Monitor operational performance and adjust tactics to meet or exceed sales targets.

Cross-Functional Regional Feedback Loop

• Establish a consistent challenge & feedback mechanism to capture regional field insights and challenges.
• Drive field feedback back to Field leadership to inform product, marketing, and sales strategy adjustments.
• Ensure continuous improvement by integrating field input into decision-making processes.

Basic Qualifications

Sales Process Optimization & Transformation leadership

• Support change initiatives to optimize sales processes and partner engagement models to improve efficiency, scalability, and field execution.
• Manage process changes with clear communication, training, and adoption strategies into the field.
• Foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement to evolving market and operational needs.
• Partner with field leadership to execute strategic initiatives
• Build strong close cross-functional alignment with marketing, strategy, enablement, business operations, finance and more within region
• Track and report progress on corporate & regional priorities, ensuring accountability and measurable outcomes at the field level.
• Identify risks and opportunities, recommending corrective actions as needed.
