The role partners with management, external professionals, and government agencies to ensure financial discipline and regulatory readiness.

The candidate will manage financial reporting, payroll, tax filings, and DPO duties, driving structured processes as the company grows in the technology sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting, taxation, BIR compliance, and financial reporting.
• Experience with corporate compliance and government filings.
• Familiarity with Philippine Data Privacy Act and NPC requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial records.
• Coordinate BIR filings, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
• Manage payroll, reimbursements, billing, collections, and expenses.
• Maintain records, policies, templates, and internal controls.
• DPO responsibilities and privacy program coordination when required.
