Job Description

• Work with different stakeholders to define metrics, conduct analysis and share actionable insights to support the continuous improvement of SeaBank business, product and operations.
• Problem solve with business and operations teams to translate complex business requests to executional technical data tasks
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to further develop the business intelligence and data maturity level of the whole organization
• Analyze data from business, marketing, operations, and financial crime to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Automate data collection and aggregation processes to build daily reports.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources including operations, marketing and other sources to create integrated views
• Execute full cycle projects on data acquisition, data cleansing, data analysis, data visualisations using established data warehousing practices and tools
• Lead cross-functional teams’ data analytics projects. Take ownership on multiple work streams related to business intelligence projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and above in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics and other quantitative fields
• At least 3-8 years working experience in business intelligence, data analytics or any other related fields
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL and Python
• Knowledge in REST APIs, Selenium, Google Apps Script, Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Basic statistics is a plus
• Experience in business intelligence in banking is a plus
