In this role, you will bridge the gap between backend data structures and leadership execution. You will act as a consultative partner, helping regional leadership optimize operations, evaluate performance pipelines, and drive commercial growth.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

End-to-End Dashboard Architecture

• Design and launch high-performance dashboards from scratch.
• Architect data models using clean Star Schema (Fact/Dimension tables) without needing support from flat files or dedicated data engineering teams.

Data Integrity & Validation

• Enforce absolute accuracy by performing meticulous row-level and volume-level reconciliations.
• Audit discrepancies directly against raw sources and enterprise SQL database environments.

Consultative Business Partnering

• Collaborate as a strategic advisor, moving beyond basic task execution to uncover root business needs.
• Manage tight deadlines and navigate stakeholder pushback with confidence and clarity.

Data Storytelling

• Translate technical logic into high-impact, structured summaries for executive presentations.
• Prioritize interactive visuals (slicers, drill-downs) over static, raw data tables.

Pipeline & Performance Tracking

• Monitor operational metrics, financial KPIs, and transactional trends to flag risks and identify growth opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Professional Background

• 3+ years of experience working as a core Business Intelligence Analyst.
• Proven track record analyzing large-scale enterprise operational metrics, volume trends, or recurring commercial data.

Technical Toolkit

• Power BI Mastery: Production-level expertise in DAX, Power Query, and complex relationship modeling.
• SQL & Excel Expertise: Advanced capability in querying, data manipulation, and explaining complex data logic.
