Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to turn raw, multi-source data into strategic performance metrics using Power BI.

You will develop and optimize dashboards, validate data, and present insights to decision-makers while collaborating with stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure data integrity.

Experience with SQL, BigQuery, and MongoDB is preferred, and familiarity with Tableau is a plus as you help scale analytics across teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in data visualization, BI development, or data analytics.
• Advanced Power BI capabilities (data modeling, DAX, Power Query); Tableau familiarity is a plus.
• SQL querying (MS SQL Server), Google BigQuery, and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
• End-to-end data validation, KPI architecture, and report performance tuning.
• Strong analytical reasoning and clear stakeholder communication.
