The role works under the Business Insights Supervisor and collaborates with Finance, Marketing, Sales and Operations. Requires a university degree in Business or Finance, CPA preferred, 3+ years in analytics, and strong Excel skills. Workplace: Hybrid (WFM, WIO).

Standardized skillset: [Refer attached excel] Prepare, review and deliver daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales KPI reporting, and analyse sales results and productivity to drive commercial improvements.

Support pricing and profitability analysis (price per unit changes, price erosion, customer/product profitability) and generate current price lists and market analysis (revenue and margins by sector/tier).

Scope and build new reporting requests, develop efficient tracking methods, and provide commercial insight into tenders, working closely with Finance, Marketing, Sales and Operations.

Educational Background: University graduate (or above) majoring in Business or Finance (essential); CPA qualified or working towards is preferred.

Experience Required: 3+ years of experience in a similar analytical/reporting role, with sound financial sense and strong Microsoft Excel skills; 1+ years coaching, mentoring or informally leading others is a plus.
