Job summary

PXI Marketing Services, Inc. in Makati is seeking a fresh graduate to join as a Business Development Associate on-site.

You will develop proposals to secure new business, coordinate activities with partners, and help implement events or projects from start to finish. The role requires a Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, or related field, strong MS Office skills, excellent English and Filipino communication, attention to detail, and willingness to travel for fieldwork.

Qualifications

The Business Development Associate shall be responsible for providing client service. This includes the development of proposals to secure new business projects, and the coordination of all required activities with all concerned partners to ensure the successful implementation and completion of assigned events or projects.

A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate and keep up-to-date on current marketing, consumer, and industry sector trends in technology, social media platforms, and pop culture.
• Study the target client's products, services, target market as well as its competitors.
• Develop creative concepts and marketing campaigns based on client briefs, including the creation of visual materials and marketing copy in coordination with the Creatives Team.
• Prepare presentation decks that accurately capture the details of the concept proposal.
• Provide exceptional client service through successful delivery of client's requirements, continuous support, and constant communication through phone or email communication, virtual presentations, and in-person meetings.

B. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts or other related field
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills in English and Filipino
• Detailed-oriented
• Must be willing to travel and do fieldwork
