The Business Development Manager will drive activation, recruit quality agencies, and develop leaders in the assigned region, coordinating with the Home Office and AIA PH partners to achieve MediCard’s accredited agency growth goals. Responsibilities

• Enable Agency Leaders to drive activation in their own agencies / units, and support Leader Development through Business Reviews
• Partner for quality recruitment including Business Opportunity Programs and collaborate with agency partners to drive expansion
• Facilitate orientations and coach agencies on understanding and maximizing the compensation scheme and career path
• Oversee agency operations such as team meetings to communicate policies, incentives, campaigns, product marketing and performance updates
• Conduct orientations and coach agencies on opportunities presented by HMO as an extension of their solution offering with cross-sell/up-sell
• Provide feedback to other teams from day-to-day observations and agency feedback
• Perform tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time

MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy: The Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for the execution of agency management and governance, quality recruitment and leader development in assigned region to drive Activation & Productivity in support of overall MediCard accredited AIA Agency growth strategy Champion and drive Agency Activation and Productivity and works in collaboration with Home Office and assigned agency partners in AIA PH.

• Enable Agency Leaders to drive activation in their own agencies / units, and support Leader Development through Business Reviews
• Responsible for partnering for quality recruitment including Business Opportunity Programs and partner with agency partners to drive expansion
• Facilitate orientations and coach agencies on understanding and maximizing the compensation scheme and career path
• Oversee agency operations of the sector such as agency team meetings to provide clear communication of company policies, sales incentives, campaign promotions, product marketing and performance updates, and the like
• Conduct orientations and coach agency on maximizing the opportunities presented by HMO as an extension of their solution offering with abilities to cross-sell and up-sell
• Provide relevant feedback to other teams from day to day observations and feedback from the Agency
• Performing tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time
