Job Summary
The Business Development Data & Planning Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity of Business Development data while transforming information into meaningful insights that support network expansion and strategic decision-making. The role ensures that all BDD databases, dashboards, and reports are accurate, organized, and up-to-date, while providing analytical support for site selection, pipeline management, development performance, and business planning. Beyond data management, the role is expected to analyze data, identify opportunities, and support Business Development planning and decision-making.

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or any related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, business planning, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
Experience in developing dashboards, automated reports, and performance monitoring tools.
Knowledge of database management, data governance, and reporting standards.
Familiarity with business planning, forecasting, feasibility studies, and KPI monitoring is an advantage.
Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms) to enhance reporting, analysis, and process automation is an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare executive-level reports and recommendations.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Engineering, and other business units.
Experience in the food service, retail, real estate, or network expansion industry is an advantage.
Willing to work full time on site in Scout Tobias, Q.C.
