Michael Page International Recruitment (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a seasoned Finance Head to lead APAC consolidation, multi-entity reporting, and finance governance from our Davao base.

You will drive a high-impact team and partner with regional and Head Office stakeholders to enable informed decision-making. Ideal candidates hold a CPA license with 8+ years in finance leadership, are fluent in English and Filipino, and have experience with multinational environments and ERP systems such as

• CPA license with 8+ years in progressive finance leadership and people management roles.
• Fluent in English and Filipino with exposure to multinational environments and Head Office stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems is highly desirable.

Job Description

• Lead, develop, and manage the finance team, driving accountability and performance
• Oversee financial reporting, month-end close, statutory compliance, tax, treasury, and audit activities across multiple entities
• Manage APAC consolidation and coordinate reporting requirements with regional and Head Office stakeholders
• Drive internal controls, process improvements, and business partnering initiatives to support operational decision-making

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have:

Non-Negotiables / Required

• CPA license with at least 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience in leadership and people management roles
• Fluent in English and Filipino, and exposure to multinational environments with regular interaction with regional or Head Office stakeholders

Good-to-Haves / Preferred

• Experience within agriculture, food, manufacturing, trading, or other operationally intensive industries
• Oversight of multiple legal entities or business units
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise ERP systems
• Proven track record in process improvement, controls enhancement, and finance transformation initiatives
