Job summary

Mynt is seeking a Business Continuity Manager to lead BCM activities across the organization, align critical processes, and ensure preparedness for disruptions. You will conduct BIAs, guide BCP development, and coordinate testing with governance and enablement teams.

The role requires 5+ years in continuity or risk management, strong BCMS knowledge, and experience with ISO 22301. Collaboration and stakeholder management are essential in this fast-paced FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, crisis management, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of BCMS and continuity practices.
• Proven experience in BIAs, BCP development, and continuity strategy.
• Working knowledge of ISO 22301 or equivalent standards.
• Knowledge of BSP regulations related to risk management and continuity is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end BCM activities across assigned business entities.
• Conduct and review BIAs and validate critical processes and recovery requirements.
• Guide teams in developing, reviewing, and maintaining BC plans.
• Consolidate unit plans into entity-wide business continuity plans.
• Facilitate plan testing, simulations, and post-exercise reviews.
• Track gaps, risks, and action items for leaders and stakeholders.
• Partner with business, enabling, and governance teams to strengthen resilience.
• Provide guidance to BPCM leads and support continuity activities across clusters.
• Lead or support BCM workstreams: governance, documentation, training, exercising, audit and compliance.
• Ensure BCM activities align with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of BCM processes and frameworks.

The Business Continuity Manager is responsible for leading and supporting business continuity management across the organization. The role works closely with business, enabling, and governance teams to identify critical processes and risks, develop and maintain continuity plans, conduct business impact assessments, and facilitate testing and exercises to ensure the organization is prepared for potential disruptions.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Lead and support end-to-end Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities across assigned business entities.

• Conduct and review Business Impact Assessments (BIA) and validate critical processes, resources, and recovery requirements.

• Guide business teams in developing, reviewing, and maintaining Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).

• Consolidate and align unit-level continuity plans into entity-wide business continuity plans.

• Facilitate business continuity plan testing, simulation exercises, and post-exercise reviews.

• Track and report gaps, risks, and action items to relevant leaders and stakeholders.

• Partner with business, enabling, and governance teams to strengthen organizational resilience.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to BPCM Leads and support continuity activities across assigned business clusters.

• Lead or support BCM workstreams such as governance, documentation, training and awareness, exercising, and audit and compliance.

• Ensure BCM activities are aligned with applicable standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.

• Support continuous improvement of business continuity processes, frameworks, and practices.
  

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Disaster Recovery, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, crisis management, or related areas.

• Strong knowledge of Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) and business continuity practices.

• Proven experience in conducting Business Impact Assessments, Business Continuity Planning, and continuity strategy development.

• Working knowledge of ISO 22301 or other recognized business continuity standards.

• Knowledge of relevant BSP regulations and requirements related to risk management and business continuity is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.

• Strong project and program management skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

• Business Continuity or Risk Management certification is a plus.
