Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value. This role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these into effective business solutions. The position requires close collaboration with different teams to support transformation initiatives and ensure that business needs are accurately translated into technology-driven operating models. Additionally, the role involves guiding the development of business cases and assisting in the implementation of strategic projects to drive organizational success.
