Job summary

Biopharma Careers in the Philippines is seeking a Specialist, Business Application Support to assist user communities for GBS applications with close coordination with GES and PPM.

You will handle queries, ensure timely support for business process concerns, analyze issues, and document resolutions in ServiceNow; you will engage stakeholders through regular alignment meetings and maintain Knowledge Base articles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 2+ years in technical or end-user support roles.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow or JIRA for ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming queries from key/end-user community.
• Provide timely support for business process related concerns and service requests.
• Analyze processes and system errors; escalate as needed to experts.
• Support business process updates and system releases tied to improvements.
• Engage stakeholders through regular alignment meetings and sprints.
