Job summary

CBC is seeking a Business Analytics Officer in the Philippines to serve as a strategic partner in enabling data-driven decision-making across the Bank. You will translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, helping business leaders make informed, forward-looking decisions that drive growth and performance.

You will collaborate with business units to define data requirements, analyze data, and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in business analytics or similar roles.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R, and strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
