Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate, meaningful reports and dashboards using Tableau software based on defined KPIs.
• Review existing information flows, define information and data requirements, and support the management of information and data to meet business needs while sustaining data integrity.
• Partner with the business to develop innovative solutions to problems and suggest new approaches to reporting, analysis, and business process improvement.
• Assist with project work, feasibility studies, and variance analysis.
• Provide modelling and analytical support to the FP&A team.
• Assist with the provision and review of data for current and future bonus plans, and help address related data queries.
• Support the budget and forecast processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of work experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, and/or Data Science.
• Experience developing and maintaining reports using business intelligence reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Advanced Tableau reporting capability covering complex calculations (e.g., level of detail expressions, nested formulas, table calculations), multi-source data blending, and scalable data modelling is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent data management and systems skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and self‑review.
• Advanced modelling skills using Microsoft Excel.
• Well‑developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management and business operations.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively to deliver results within strict timeframes.
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
