Job description

Expand your knowledge of testing and process documentation.
Analyze, create and maintain system application user guides and other technical documentation.
Contribute to successful application analysis, testing, and process documentation.
Work alongside our Business Analysts, Quality Assurers, and Developers on a range of key projects.
Attend team meetings to report on the status of testing and other internal processes.
Learn every day, through a full induction, on-the-job experiences and opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects with expert professionals.

Requirements

In your penultimate or final year of university.
Studying for a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Analytical and detail-focused, with strong client service orientation.
A strong written and verbal communicator.
A quick learner keen to solve challenging technical problems.
A natural team player with a sense of accountability.
While not essential, experience in software development and testing (manual and automation) would also be advantageous.

Core Competencies

Demonstrates strong analytical skills and attention to detail in application analysis and testing, while effectively communicating technical documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, with a focus on client service and problem-solving.
