Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Preferably with2 years of experiencein a related field (1-3 years related field)
• Experience extracting, transforming, and porting data from source systems to data analytics platforms and reports usingTableau, Dynamics 365, and similar tools.
• Skilled in analyzing various data types to support business needs and presenting insights usingPower BI, Looker Studio, or other dashboarding tools.
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques (regression, distributions, statistical tests, etc.) and their application.
• Experience building or working withdata architectures.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques (clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.) and their real-world use cases.
• Proficient inR, Python, SQL, and other statistical programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the supported market’s language (at least C1 level).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver clear data-driven insights to support decision-making.
