Job summary

Xurpas Incorporated is seeking a Business Analyst to gather requirements by analyzing existing code and documentation and to produce a comprehensive System Requirement Specification (SRS). As a Business Analyst (BA), you will be responsible for gathering requirements by analyzing existing code and documentation and compiling them into a System Requirement Specification (SRS). You will work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, design and write Test Suites, perform System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of experience in business analysis
• Experience in creating SRS and Test Suites at least 3 years
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to analyze system behavior and document it in a structured format.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Basic understanding of Java is a plus, helpful for analyzing system logic and troubleshooting.
