Job summary

Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Trust Domain) for a full-time onsite role in Makati or Ortigas.

This dayshift position requires strong requirements elicitation, process mapping and solution design within the trust domain. You will develop requirements documentation, prepare test artifacts, support UAT, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Knowledge of trust domain processes and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to elicit requirements and document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements elicitation workshops and present findings to stakeholders.
• Define business processes in consultation with business users.
• Design and present potential solutions to stakeholders.
• Develop required requirements documentation for the project.
• Prepare test cases, scenarios and scripts.
• Coordinate with testing team and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Monitor and manage bug fixes and resolutions.
• Engage with vendors for requirements elaboration, design reviews, QA and issue resolution.
• Apply trust domain knowledge.
