The role requires 3–5 years of SDLC experience, knowledge of process mapping, and strong communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT is required. On-site work at Pasay City is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in SDLC including requirements gathering, analysis, testing, implementation, and support.
• Experience in business requirements analysis and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of process mapping, workflow documentation, and UAT.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
