Job summary

Questronix Corporation is seeking a data analyst to develop dashboards, reports, and MIS to help management monitor KPIs against goals. You will visualize data, analyze it, and provide data-driven insights to enable stakeholders to make vital decisions.

You will deliver accurate reports for compliance and operations, identify automation opportunities, and continuously improve data quality and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in data extraction, reporting, data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative and technical discipline like Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Economics.
• Proficient in coding languages such as SQL, Python, R.
• Familiar with business intelligence software like Tableau and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop regular and adhoc business dashboards, reports, MIS that will help the business, operations and compliance managers monitor their key performance indicators against goals.
• Deliver accurate, comprehensive, and timely reports to address control, compliance, or regulatory-related requirements.
• Regularly generate the list of exceptions to the bank’s internal and external policies and regulations using digital monitoring tools.
• During internal and external audits, deliver data and reports which are critical in the review of business processes.
• Find opportunities to automate data and report generation, as well as rationalize existing reports to ensure there is value in all reports generated.
• Ensure high quality of work and proactively resolve data issues if any.
