Job summary

SID Global Solutions invites a qualified Business Analyst to bridge the Business Unit and Information Technology Group for the Trust Modernization Project. You will gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and high-quality specifications while collaborating with stakeholders to support project delivery and technology initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and the ability to map functional and non-functional

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong ability to gather and document business and system requirements.
• Experience bridging business units and IT groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional requirements based on business requirements, and identify non-functional requirements for the solution architect.
• Identify any gaps in business requirements and follow up with end users to detail the requirements.
• Explain to business users how the proposed solution will implement their business requirements.
• Develop deeper understanding of the business process, business organization and the expected business outcome.
• Understand the product features and map the functional requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis on products and develop reasonable working alternatives.
• Support the product evaluation during the service definition phase.
• Manage changes in the functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop the test cases, test plan and test data for the requirements.
• Assist in conducting functional testing
• Ensure the operational support processes are aligned with the business objectives and stated business requirements.

Job Mandate

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and solution designs while collaborating closely with stakeholders to support project delivery and technology initiatives.
