Job summary

City Savings Bank is seeking a Business Analysis and Reporting Officer to prepare, analyze, and deliver timely business and management reports that support informed decision-making across finance and operations.

You will coordinate with Corporate Planning, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, and Controllership teams, assess new accounting standards, and maintain documentation of reports and financial information.

Qualifications

• CPA is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, financial reporting, financial analysis, management reporting, or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Banking experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute monthly business and management reports.
• Analyze financial and business information to provide insights for management decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial and business reports.
• Support the continuous improvement of reporting processes and parameters based on evolving business requirements.
• Coordinate with Corporate Planning, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, and Controllership teams on financial results, budgets, and reporting requirements.
• Assist in assessing the impact of new accounting standards and regulatory requirements on business operations.
• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of reports and related financial information.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of internal financial controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
