Job summary

Sta. Rosa Motor Works, Inc. is seeking a Cadet Engineer to join the Bus Body production line in Santa Rosa, Laguna.

You will be assigned to a specific section and participate in hands-on training across the production processes, gaining exposure to assembly, quality checks, and line efficiency. This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork, willingness to learn, and the ability to work onsite with regular day shifts Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in civil/electrical/electronics engineering or related field.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and creative thinking.
• Has interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willing to do fieldworks and hands-on training in an automotive industry.
• Can drive 4-wheeled vehicle is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• A cadet engineer will be focusing on Bus Body production line process varying on the specific section which is to be assigned.
• Hands-on training is expected to be familiarized with all the process.
• Assist in Building Maintenance matters.
