Job summary

KMC Mag Group is seeking Building Technicians / Multi-skilled Technicians for South Luzon. The role involves inspecting and maintaining building systems, addressing tenant requests, and ensuring safety and compliance. On-site shifting schedule and six-day workweeks are expected.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year in maintenance, versatile trade skills, and basic computer skills for records. Training and development opportunities are provided within a dynamic property management environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of maintenance and repair experience.
• Willing to work on site and shifting schedule.
• Amenable to work six days a week.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance records and software use.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems.
• Address tenant requests and issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and fire protection standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain facility uptime and asset integrity.
• Manage work orders from dispatch to completion and document results.
• Identify and report equipment issues; recommend repairs or improvements.
• Maintain health and safety systems, ensuring all equipment is functional, and incidents are reported.
• Support positive client and tenant relations through quality service.
• Recommend process improvements for maintenance efficiency.
• Participate in company meetings, training, and development activities.
