Job summary

Savills Philippines is seeking a on-site Maintenance Technician to join our North Luzon operations. You will conduct regular inspections, address tenant requests, and ensure safety and uptime of building systems, working on a shifting schedule six days a week.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year in facilities maintenance, skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, plus familiarity with basic computer record keeping. Medical, dental, loan benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of maintenance/repair experience in buildings or facilities management.
• On-site work with shifting schedule; six days a week.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems.
• Address tenant requests and issues promptly.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and fire protection standards are met.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain uptime and asset integrity.
• Manage work orders from dispatch to completion and document results.
• Identify and report equipment issues; recommend repairs or improvements.
• Maintain health and safety systems and document incidents.
• Support client relations with quality service.
• Participate in meetings, training, and development activities.
