Job summary

Savills Philippines is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs across building systems at our South Luzon site. The role focuses on keeping equipment functional, addressing tenant requests, and maintaining safety compliance.

You will support client relations, document work orders, and participate in ongoing training. On-site, shifts, six days workweek, with competitive benefits and team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in maintenance/building facilities.
• Willing to work on site and shifting schedule.
• Amenable to work six days a week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems.
• Address tenant requests and issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and fire protection standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain facility uptime and asset integrity.
• Manage work orders from dispatch to completion and document results.
• Identify and report equipment issues; recommend repairs or improvements.
• Maintain health and safety systems, ensuring all equipment is functional, and incidents are reported.
• Support positive client and tenant relations through quality service.
• Recommend process improvements for maintenance efficiency.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Performs preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance of records and software use.
• Knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Provides excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
