Job summary

Savills Philippines is seeking a Maintenance technician to perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems. The role focuses on ensuring facility uptime, safety compliance, and responsive tenant support in a dynamic, real estate environment.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of relevant maintenance experience, can work on a shifting schedule, and is willing to work on-site six days weekly. Vocational or Bachelor's degree holders are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems.
• Address tenant requests and issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and fire protection standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain facility uptime and asset integrity.
• Manage work orders from dispatch to completion and document results.
• Identify and report equipment issues; recommend repairs or improvements.
• Maintain health and safety systems, ensuring all equipment is functional, and incidents are reported.
• Support client and tenant relations through quality service.
• Recommend process improvements for maintenance efficiency.
• Participate in company meetings, training, and development activities.

• Performs preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance of records and software use.
• Knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Provides excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
