Job summary

FELCRIS HOTELS AND RESORTS CORPORATION is hiring a Facility/Building Administrator to oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance for our facilities in Davao City. You will coordinate tenant requests, evaluate plans for compliance, and manage vendor performance to ensure high service standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer with 1+ year experience in Building Administration or facilities management.
• Experience in managing daily operations, preventive maintenance, and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Understand HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Know building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Manage tenant requests, move-ins/move-outs, and communications.
• Evaluate architectural, engineering, and fit-out plans for compliance.
• Verify services, ensure deliverables meet standards, and manage vendor performance.
• Prepare facility performance reports, incident records, and project achievement reports.
• Monitor utilities and maintenance costs; recommend cost-saving measures.
