Job summary

The role focuses on manpower management, safety, and emergencies during weekends and off-peak hours. The position also requires overseeing preventive maintenance for critical assets and ensuring regulatory permits are up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Engineer with at least 3 years in facilities or property management (high-rise preferred).
• Willingness to travel between multiple cities.
• Technical familiarity with HVAC, Generators, Elevators, Fire Protection in high-rise settings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of technicians, security guards, and housekeeping to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Act as weekend/off-peak on-site lead and first responder for incidents.
• Supervise 52-week PM schedule for critical assets (Elevators, HVAC, Gensets, Fire Alarm).
• Manage tenant fit-outs and address technical complaints related to facility operations.
