Job summary

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accountancy, CPA license or progressive experience is an advantage, 1+ year experience in budget monitoring, advanced Excel and QuickBooks, and strong analytical/technical communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related field.
• CPA license or progressive finance/accounting experience is an advantage
• 1+ years of experience in budget monitoring, financial reporting, or accounting
• Advanced MS Excel skills and financial software proficiency; QuickBooks is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and technical communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to develop, align, and refine the organization's overall budget
• Review departmental budget proposals for completeness, numerical accuracy, and organizational policy compliance
• Monitor operational and administrative spending throughout the year to keep company expenses within set budget allocations
• Track, analyze, and report financial expenses to prepare accurate forecasts and future expense projections
• Present technical financial data and budget performance reports clearly to executive leadership
