Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking a BSR engineer to test, root cause, and fix Buzz Squeak Rattle issues across vehicle platforms. You will document findings in the GIMS system and support release teams for containment and permanent validation.

The role requires hands-on experience with shakers, MTS simulators, and strong teamwork. You will lead BSR activities from design through launch, interfacing with cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program is required.
• 3 years in vehicle and component TESTING (hardware) with root cause analysis and problem solving experience.
• BSR Vehicle level development background is required.
• Experience with single and multi-axis shakers is required.
• Experience with MTS Vehicle level simulator/shakers is required.
• High mechanical aptitude is mandatory.
• Ability to work in a team environment is mandatory.
• Strong fundamentals of vehicle and component interactions are required.

Responsibilities

• Test, root cause, and provide technical solutions for BSR issues.
• Document issues in the GIMS system and support release teams for containment and fix validation.
• Lead development of BSR activities from design through launch across vehicle platforms.
• Interface with multiple groups within the company to coordinate testing and problem resolution.
