Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) is required.
• Experience: 5–10+ years in broiler breeder operations with breeder flock management and fertility/hatchability optimization.
• Licenses: PRC License and Driver’s License are required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a broiler breeder research farm and ensure strong breeder performance and high-quality hatching eggs.
• Lead feed trials and produce reliable performance data.

Job Description

This is a hybrid leadership role combining farm operations, veterinary oversight, research execution, and external technical support. The role involves setting up and managing a broiler breeder research farm while ensuring strong breeder performance and high-quality hatching eggs. It also includes leading feed trials and producing reliable performance data, serving as the company’s technical expert in broiler breeder production, and supporting the commercial feed business through field advisory, customer engagement, and veterinary training.
