Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Manager for Broadband Ecosystem & Rewards to lead the content, device, and value-add offerings within the broadband portfolio.

You will shape short- and long-term strategy, launch national promotions, and drive loyalty and rewards programs to boost brand love and customer engagement. You will translate complex broadband tech into consumer value, leverage AI tools for campaign briefs, and manage end-to-end GTM activity, partnerships, and profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or equivalent commercial-technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Product Management (Telecom/Broadband industry experience is a major plus).
• Strong consumer and creative marketing background with a proven track record in strategic promotions, partner management, and major brand event execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the success of the Broadband Content & Device portfolio and develop short-term and long-term strategy/roadmap based on customer needs.
• Translate broadband technologies into compelling consumer value propositions and premium subscription tiers.
• Leverage broadband software frameworks and cloud-based Wi-Fi management platforms for value-added services and smart home bundles.
• Capitalize on smart home IoT protocols to create ecosystem bundling opportunities and drive hardware adoption.
• Define portfolio pricing, inventory management, and end-to-end GTM strategy; manage projects from launch to post-mortem.
