Job summary

SMEC in the Philippines invites an experienced Civil/Bridge Engineer to join our team in Metro Manila. The role requires 5–8 years of bridge design, strong structural analysis and design review skills, and familiarity with codes and standards.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MIDAS, STAAD, ETABS or similar tools is essential, with a track record in preparing calculations, drawings and design documentation; willingness to collaborate across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.

• Proficiency in engineering and design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MIDAS, STAAD, ETABS, or similar tools.


• Experience in preparing and reviewing engineering calculations, technical reports, drawings, and design documentation is preferred.


• Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and coordination with clients and multidisciplinary teams is an advantage.
