You will support organizations worldwide as they respond to cyber incidents and meet regulatory breach obligations, coordinating onboarding, implementation, and delivery of client engagements with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in client services, customer success, or project coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Experience implementing process improvements.
• Strong ownership and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Engagement Managers and Operations Managers through the engagement lifecycle.
• Coordinate client onboarding and gather required information.
• Serve as liaison between clients and internal stakeholders; communicate project updates.
• Create, maintain, and organize client documentation in secure systems.
• Track outstanding client documentation and follow up for timely completion.
• Perform quality reviews of client deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and manage recurring client reporting (weekly, monthly, or ad hoc).
• Review invoices, pricing, and service fees for billing accuracy.
• Build trusted client relationships with professionalism, empathy, and transparency.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, client experience, and team efficiency.
