Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows OS and basic understanding of Linux.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to apply education to real-world scenarios.
• Strong attention to detail and time management, with the ability to meet SLAs.
• Commitment to professional development.
• Desirable exposure to at least one of the following: First Line Support, SIEM, EDR, security infra or automation, threat intelligence or hunting, pentesting, GRC, or cyber project management.
