Overview

The IT Brand Specialist is responsible for shaping, managing, and promoting the organization’s IT brand internally and externally. This role bridges technology and marketing, ensuring that IT products, services, and initiatives are communicated clearly, consistently, and in alignment with the company’s overall brand strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity for IT products, platforms, and services
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging messaging for non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with IT teams, marketing, and leadership to align brand strategy with business goals
• Create and manage content for websites, social media, internal communications, presentations, and campaigns related to IT initiatives
• Support product launches, system rollouts, and digital transformation projects with branded communications
• Monitor brand perception and engagement across digital channels and internal platforms
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all IT-related communications and assets
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and positioning opportunities
• Manage relationships with external agencies or vendors when required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-3+ years of experience in branding, marketing, IT communications, or digital strategy
• Strong understanding of IT concepts, software, and digital products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to simplify and humanize technical information
• Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, and basic analytics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a technology-driven or IT-focused organization

• Familiarity with agile or product development environments

• Willing to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong
• Willing to start ASAP
