Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead content across OurBasket, Leonessa, and other client brands in the Philippines. This hands-on role covers content creation, trend identification, influencer partnerships, community management, PR support, campaign execution, LinkedIn activity, and performance reporting.

The successful candidate will turn opportunities into engaging content, manage end-to-end execution, and use data to continually improve brand results.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience managing social media for a consumer, retail, food, lifestyle, CPG, or e-commerce brand.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Hands-on experience creating and editing short-form video content.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Experience managing multiple brands.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with social media analytics and performance reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self-review work before submission.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies across assigned brands.
• Build and manage monthly content calendars and maintain publishing cadence across channels.
• Create and edit static and short-form video content using assets, UGC, influencer footage, AI tools, and original concepts.
• Develop social-first concepts, hooks, scripts, captions, visuals, and storyboards per brand guidelines.
• Monitor trends, sounds, formats, memes, and platform features; translate opportunities into timely content.
• Source and manage influencers and UGC creators from outreach to deliverables.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and campaign terms with clear briefs.
• Review creator concepts, coordinate revisions, and track deliverables and campaigns.
• Manage daily community engagement across comments, DMs, tags, and mentions.
• Monitor customer conversations and escalate relevant feedback internally.
• Develop social strategies for seasonal campaigns, launches, promotions, events, and activations.
• Support PR strategies; coordinate samples and promotional materials with warehouse teams.
• Own the company LinkedIn presence: strategy, planning, copywriting, publishing and approvals.
• Track KPIs and prepare monthly and campaign reports with actionable recommendations.
