• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms in real time.
• Respond to inquiries, feedback, and conversations in a timely manner.
• Escalate sensitive or high-risk issues to the Corporate Communications or Legal team, following the crisis protocol.
• Publish comments as provided by Corporate Communications and/or brand teams; ensure narratives align and improve engagement.
