Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a brand designer focused on print and editorial to bring brands into the physical world, from vinyl wraps to event signage and more. You’ll translate concepts to scalable print materials and support digital assets for social templates and landing pages.

You should have strong print fundamentals, a robust portfolio, and the ability to work across InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. This position is based in Mexico and offers growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional design experience, internships included.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred; strong portfolio required.
• Portfolio showing print and editorial design work, large format or event-based work.
• Ability to balance speed, creativity, quality and business priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Based in Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Design large scale print materials including event signage and wraps.
• Produce print marketing materials that stay on brand and print-ready.
• Prepare print-ready files with bleed, trim, color mode and vendor specs.
• Support layout and design work in Figma for brand consistency.
• Contribute to new brand initiatives from concept to launch.
• Coordinate with events and marketing teams on space and install requirements.
• Review proofs with print vendors to avoid costly mistakes.
• Apply HighLevel brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
• Incorporate feedback quickly to maintain production timelines.
