Job summary

Wellspring is seeking a Brand Designer to own the look and feel across social, e-commerce, packaging, and in-store materials. You will steward a growing product family (Sleep, Beauty, Weight Management) with distinct identities while maintaining a cohesive brand voice.

You'll collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create visuals that make supplements feel approachable, trustworthy, and premium, guiding packaging and campaigns from concept to rollout.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of brand/visual design experience, preferably in health, beauty, wellness, or FMCG.
• Portfolio showing identity systems, packaging, or campaigns beyond social posts.
• Packaging and retail design experience is a strong plus.
• Strong typography, color, layout, and photo direction.

Responsibilities

• Own visuals for social media, ads, e-commerce, and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain Wellspring brand guidelines and product line identities.
• Design packaging, labels, and product imagery for launches and refreshes.
• Create in-store materials for retailers, including shelf displays and signage.
• Lead visuals for product launches and major sales events from concept to rollout.
• Collaborate with marketing, performance, and live-selling teams to refresh creative.
• Contribute to Wellspring's lifestyle shift with merch and partnerships.
