Job summary

Revaya in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Brand Marketing Coordinator to execute brand marketing, website management, paid advertising, and digital initiatives for a real estate and asset-based lending business.

The role requires strong graphic design skills, CMS experience, and hands-on experience running paid campaigns. You will coordinate content across digital channels, monitor performance, and maintain brand standards while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business or related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, SaaS or B2B.
• Strong graphic design portfolio with Canva or Figma proficiency.
• Hands-on CMS experience with page creation, updates, and publishing.
• Direct experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns with targeting and budget management.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn and website analytics.

Responsibilities

• Graphic design and branding across marketing channels, assets, and templates.
• Manage websites via CMS, build landing pages, forms, and HubSpot integrations.
• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns with testing and optimization.
• Draft and schedule emails, social posts, website copy and press materials.
• Track KPIs using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn; report performance weekly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on marketing initiatives.
